Fatigue or a lack of energy during pregnancy is very normal and is experienced by many expecting mothers. The extent to which you experience a lack of energy varies for every woman and may even be different from pregnancy to pregnancy. Fatigue is most common during the first and third trimesters. Thankfully most women feel less fatigued, and many report feeling great, during the second trimester.
Things to Try:
- Eat nutritiously (iron and protein)
- Increase water intake
- Rest or nap whenever able
- Cut back on activity
- Try to alleviate stress
