Stephanie is a compassionate mind–body movement practitioner expanding her work into birth support as she joins the Midwives of New Jersey, where she’ll be serving as a doula and midwife assistant. Her journey into birth work grew naturally from her years of teaching Pilates. After countless pregnant clients returned postpartum to share how her classes transformed their pregnancies, she felt called to support families even more directly through birth and beyond. Deeply committed to informed choice, nurturing support, and the innate wisdom of the body, she is honored to walk alongside families throughout the perinatal journey.
A highly trained movement specialist, Stephanie holds three Pilates certifications and serves as a lead Pilates instructor specializing in prenatal and postnatal movement as well as Mommy & Me classes. Her teaching blends mindful movement, functional strength, and restorative practices to help women feel grounded, connected, and empowered in every stage of motherhood.
Guided by a holistic approach to wellness, she believes the body thrives when supported physically, emotionally, and nutritionally. Stephanie has a strong passion for nourishment as a foundation of well-being. She will soon be pursuing her nursing education with a focus on nutrition and is excited to bring this knowledge into her work with families. She embraces the philosophy of food as medicine and encourages families to nourish themselves with intention, balance, and joy.
She is dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive environment where families feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
